Return and replacement policy

Since our products are customized and made to order, all sales are final. If a production issue occurs, we are here to help find a solution quickly.

Important No refund on customized products, except for confirmed production issues.
Final sale

No returns or refunds on custom orders.

Most of our products are customized with your logos, colors, sizes and details. Once an order is confirmed and sent to production, it cannot be returned or refunded.

No exchange

We cannot exchange a custom order due to a size, color or quantity selected by the customer.

Replacement possible

A replacement may be offered if a production defect or an error on our side is confirmed.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Replacement may apply if

✅ Confirmed production defect
✅ Product damaged upon delivery
✅ Error on our side: wrong item, wrong print or wrong size/color sent

The following situations are generally not eligible.

Size, color or quantity selected incorrectly by the customer
Low-quality file or blurry image supplied by the customer
Spelling errors or information supplied by the customer
Normal wear, misuse or improper washing
